The Gordon Hospitality students have the opportunity to put their skills into practice in a live training environment within The Gordon’s two public training venues; the fully licensed Davidson Restaurant and bistro style Cafe on Track, as well as at local hospitality events such as the Geelong Food and Wine Festival.
