6 Week Rotating Roster

Permanent Full Time Position - 38 hrs per week (Between Monday to Friday only)

5 weeks full time training (blended learning approach, in store/virtual classroom/Noble Park Office)

Commencement Date - 17th of May 2021

The role

Our RACV Retail Outlet based in Geelong prides itself on recognising and rewarding outstanding performance. We are proud of our professional environment and are seeking an outstanding individual as an addition to our team.

Our new team member will have solid customer service/sales experience in a dynamic retail/telco environment and the ability to build rapport quickly identifying a need to best service our members.

This hybrid role will also involve assisting our Memberline Call Centre with inbound home & motor insurance calls .

A day in the life

Being part of a supportive team, you will build rapport quickly with our Members to identify their needs to best provide them with our range of products and services.

To be successful in this role you will bring:
Prior face to face customer service/sales experience
Proven track record selling, cross selling and upselling
Prior experience achieving sales targets & KPI’s
The ability to learn quickly and the drive to succeed
High level computer skills (Salesforce highly regarded) with proficiency to navigate through multiple systems
Enthusiasm, resilience and commitment to provide a positive member experience
Prior experience in a call centre is highly regarded

The working hours of the role

Permanent Full-Time Position
38 hours per hour week
6 week rotating roster with hours rostered between 8.00am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday only
