The Role

We are now seeking an experienced Bar Attendant to join the team on either a Full-time or Part time basis. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and able to relate professionally with all staff and members and guests. You will have to be able to motivate, lead and work alongside staff.

Skills & Attributes

• Outstanding customer service skill with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights & weekends 
• Hold current RSA, and ensure their compliance
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
• Previous bar experience
• Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style

Essentials

• Previous café/food retail outlet experience essential
• Food preparation skills
• Ability to operate a POS machine
• Team player – we’re a small, busy team but work well together
• Flexible with a 'can-do' attitude
• Experience in allergen awareness “a must have”
• Excellent customer service skills
• First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• National Police Check
• Working with Children's Check
• RSA Certificate

Desirable

• Certificate 3 in Hospitality
• Barista Trained
