CAFE OR RESTAURANT MANAGER

On behalf of our client, Global Skilled Employment Services is looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager that will be able to manage the day to day operation of the business, as well as managing administration and/or financials.

Required Qualification:

• Diploma in Business /Hospitality Management or higher equivalent
• At least 3 years recent and relevant work experience

Position summary:

• Leading and supervising our existing team
• Provide training to staff in all areas of customer service
• Staff roster and hiring
• Reviewing customer service
• Maintaining good customer relations
• Handling and resolving customer complaints
• Develop customer service standards, policies and procedures Managing administration

Other required skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Knowledge and expertise in Italian Cuisine is an advantage;
