About the role
Reporting into the Executive Officer, Business Performance the Executive Office Coordinator is responsible for providing a wide range of executive support and coordination services to the Executive Director and Business Performance Senior Leadership Team. This role is also responsible for:
- Management of the Executive Directors time and email while having regard for emerging issues, that require utilisation of own judgement and decision making
- Liaising with Executive stakeholders, suppliers and other internal and external stakeholders to provide prompt delivery of information and services, avoiding escalation
- Taking pride to ensure that the Business Performance Senior Leadership team are fully informed in a timely manner of changing priorities and issues as they emerge and collate relevant information for the Executive Director to make decisions on these
- Supporting the Executive Officer and Executive Director in key projects by playing a secretariat role by taking actions and minutes

About you
You will have substantial Executive Assistant experience providing high level support and coordination to an Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team. You take pride in your ability to work within a regularly changing environment and can prioritise and organise yourself and those around you. You are a team player who is not afraid to ask questions and take initiative when required.
Additionally, you will also possess:
- Demonstrated ability in managing a conflicting workload of a busy executive
- Highly developed communication and personal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation
- Proven level of initiative along with excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
- Extensive experience with diary management, taking minutes, responding to calls and emails
- Experience in understanding discretion and tact in handling sensitive issues and enquiries and will take timely and effective action
Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in Administration and/or relevant administration experience
